Programs Overview

Global Jump Start is dedicated to empowering underrepresented groups by providing targeted educational and career support programs. Our organization operates two primary initiatives: the Global Connect Program and the EmpowerHer Tech Academy - Career Reboot Program.

• Global Connect Program: Supports international students through mentorship, networking opportunities, and workshops, helping them adapt and succeed in the global job market. • EmpowerHer Academy: Provides women, particularly stay-at-home moms, with the skills and support needed to reenter the workforce confidently. • PowerToLand Program: Offers career coaching, resume building, and interview preparation to help participants secure employment in their chosen fields.
