Global Jump Start (GJS) was founded by a passionate group of leaders who recognized the importance of creating opportunities for women, youth, and underserved communities. Our journey began with the mission to break down barriers and foster inclusive education and the workforce environment. Inspired by the diverse challenges faced by international students and stay-at-home moms reentering the job market, we built a platform to provide mentorship, career readiness, and development programs tailored to their needs.
